Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TradeXYZ Season 1 trading rewards claim platform (the "Service"), operated by XYZ Markets ("TradeXYZ", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service allows eligible users to check and claim Season 1 fee rebates accrued on XYZ perpetual markets — equities, indices, commodities and crypto perps deployed on Hyperliquid. The Service reads publicly available onchain data to determine eligibility and facilitates the claiming of USDC rebates via wallet signature.

3. Eligibility

Eligibility is determined solely by onchain trading activity recorded on Hyperliquid during Season 1. TradeXYZ reserves the right to exclude wallets flagged for sybil behavior, exploit activity, or abuse of the rewards program. Determinations of eligibility are final.

4. Claims and Rebates

  • Claims must be executed from the eligible wallet itself; rebates are non-transferable before settlement.
  • The Season 1 rewards window closes on September 30, 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Unclaimed allocations return to the rewards treasury.
  • Claiming requires a cryptographic signature from the connected wallet. Users are responsible for reviewing any message before signing.
  • Settlement of claimed rebates occurs in USDC within 24 hours to the signing wallet address.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions and signatures, once executed, are irreversible, and that completing a claim may require verifying ownership of your wallet.

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Fee rebates and any associated allocations do not represent equity, debt, or any claim on XYZ Markets' assets or revenue.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XYZ Markets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, funds, or data arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version is always available on this page.
